A Leadership Transition at One Village Partners

Dear Friends and Supporters;

After nine years, I’ve made the decision to step down as Executive Director of One Village Partners. It’s a bittersweet moment — this work, and the people behind it, have shaped me in countless ways.

When I joined One Village Partners, I was drawn to its bold belief in community-led development. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the power of that approach — not just in theory, but in practice, in people’s lives. I’ve learned from local leaders, shared laughter and tough conversations with incredible teammates, and had the honor of stewarding growth through a chapter of meaningful change.

I’m deeply proud of what we’ve accomplished together — the partnerships we’ve built, the communities we’ve stood alongside, and the commitment we’ve maintained to shifting power and centering local voices.

As I step away from this role, I’m excited to focus on a new chapter that reflects the parts of the work I love most. I leave One Village Partners with full confidence in the team and the vision that drives this work forward. The organization is in a strong position — both programmatically and financially — to continue making meaningful impact. It’s ready for its next chapter, and I’ll be cheering from the sidelines — always a believer in what’s possible when communities lead.
