This is Impact! 2021 Annual Report

2021 has been an incredible year at OneVillage Partners. We have experienced and witnessed resilience, growth and changes in our partner communities and our team. From overcoming global pandemics, to national and global crises’, our community members have shown us they are committed to this journey to grow and impact sustainability for themselves and for Sierra Leone. During tough periods, our partner communities refused to give up on projects and developments and chose to take charge of their progress. We saw over and over again that it is those who have lived their experience are best to lead their progress.

This annual report is special for us. Not only have we seen an increase in financial support, but the stories of change and transformation from our community partners have warmed our hearts and fueled us with passion to continue in in the coming years. We want the annual report to be a motivation for you, to see how far we’ve come and the work we are doing.

NOW Phase III: AgriBuisiness. Women in practical training

As we celebrate last year’s successes and reflect on things we learnt and could do better, we acknowledge how far we and our partner communities have come, and how much further we can go in the future. Our move to community-led movement is something we are trying to engrain in our community, and our ethos. We want to see a shift, not just in our partner communities, but in Sierra Leone and we are committed to moving forward in our work as we contribute towards expansion. We look forward to sharing our plans with you!
