One Village Partners’ Theory of Change is based on the belief that if communities are empowered to build inclusive leadership that recognizes and promotes equitable decision-making, then cohesive, resilient, and thriving communities that are capable of building stronger societies amidst current and future development challenges will emerge. Our work is guided by five interconnected impact areas: inclusive leadership, gender equity, social cohesion, resiliency, and health and wellbeing.
